MN Design Studio provides interior design, design and build, 3D visualization, space planning, and related consultancy services. The scope, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.
All designs, drawings, renders, mood boards, and other creative work produced by MN Design Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of approved final designs transfers to the client for their specific project use.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback at agreed milestones, and safe access to the project site when required.
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. MN Design Studio reserves the right to pause work on any project where payments are overdue.
Each project proposal specifies the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
MN Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We treat all client project information as confidential and will not share details of your project without your express permission, except where required by law.
MN Design Studio reserves the right to photograph and document completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya.
